Malini is a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Director at OSR Clinics, a multidisciplinary clinic with offices across southern Ontario. Malini has a decade of expertise in business operations and executive leadership, as well as in the provision of assessment and treatment of ADHD, Learning Disabilities, PTSD, and a wealth of other mental health and educational matters. Malini is qualified as an expert witness within the context of trauma and personal injury.

Malini is blind, and through a variety of lived experiences in educational and professional settings, has learned the importance of strong advocacy. Malini is an active member of her community, having served on various Boards, Councils, and Committees, all which have served to advance education, human rights, and equity. Malini has delivered numerous presentations surrounding ADHD, mental health, sight loss, and advocacy; including presentations for the LDACK and LDAYS regarding ADHD and psychoeducational assessment.
