Jason Lo, CPA, CA, is a finance and business leader with more than 18 years of experience spanning finance, enterprise risk, HR technology, workforce strategy, organizational design, and business transformation. He currently serves as Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Technology at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), where he leads enterprise strategy across areas including HR technology, people analytics, employee experience, and workforce planning. Earlier in his career at MLSE, Jason held senior leadership roles in financial reporting and controls, with responsibility for treasury, tax, enterprise risk, insurance, capital accounting, audit, and Board reporting. He began his career with Ernst & Young, specializing in financial services, governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. Jason brings deep financial expertise together with a strong understanding of technology, organizational strategy, governance, and transformation.
