Educators’ Institute and Colloque 2026

Registration and Expressions of Interest are open

Virtual professional learning for educators, school leaders, and education professionals

LDAO’s 2026 Educators’ Institute and Colloque offer virtual professional learning focused on practical, classroom-ready approaches to supporting students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and diverse learning needs.

Both events are offered as two half-day virtual learning opportunities and include sessions connected to evidence-based, evidence-informed, and practice-informed strategies that educators can apply in school and classroom contexts.

Event dates

Colloque des professionnels de l’enseignement: August 11 and 12, 2026

Educators’ Institute: August 18 and 19, 2026

Two ways to participate

Pathway 1: School board participation
Ontario educators who may be eligible for complimentary, Ministry-supported access through their school board can submit an Expression of Interest. Participation is coordinated locally by school boards, and submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee participation.

Pathway 2: General registration
Individuals who are not participating through a school board allocation may register directly to confirm their participation.

Early bird pricing for general registration

Educators’ Institute: Special early bird rate of $150 using code SEBIRD

Colloque: Tarif spécial lève-tôt de 150 $ avec le code TPPLUS

Expression of Interest

Educators seeking Ministry-supported access through their school board should submit an Expression of Interest for the event they would like to attend.
