Facilitated by Beth Timlin, ADHD coach and former teacher

Youth with ADHD often feel different, without knowing why, and become frustrated by not being able to do things that seem easy for their peers.

Coaching for youth with ADHD can help them understand their brain’s strengths and challenges resulting in a greater sense of control over themselves and what they can accomplish.
This workshop is PART ONE in a two part series to help caregivers learn what their youth may need to help optimize their school practices and home environments. Most importantly, you will leave this workshop with the right questions to ask your child to support their unique needs and hopefully, helping to reduce feelings of inadequacy, frustration and confusion that unmanaged ADHD can breed.
